Queues have emptied and we are back to normal function

We have identified the root cause of the issue and implemented a fix. The queue is not emptying and we are monitoring it's performance to ensure reviews pick up times revert to reasonable times

Due to a peak in GH events reviews are delayed by up to 2 hours
